Pros
Used this to refresh my caravan battery. Needed a trickle charger for my car when hospitalised. Ideal for ride on lawn mower and 12v battery for power washer machine.
Red led is very bright. No problems, does what it says on the tin. Serves its purpose well.
Simple to use and attach. Small and compact. Easy to use with good instructions.
Cons
Not worth burning the house down for a cheap charger. Worked for couple of days then packed up. Returned for refund.

I purchase this charger mainly use for maintaining a 100ah good healthy condition 12v lead acid mercedes batteryi connected the crocodile clip to the car battery terminalsi then turn on battery charger by plug in to the mains the battery charger immediately had a green light flashingi left the green light flashing went for a kfc i was hungrywhen i came back and check the green light had turn solid green

There are plenty of fast chargers available on the market but very few slow chargers

A slow charger is much kinder on older batteries or ones installed in vehicles which dont see much use

At just 500ma the maypole has the lowest charging rate of any charger that i could find
