This book is a fact-based, medical book with occasional opinions/ stories. They outline medical problems concisely and are less prone to alarmist claims. Very helpful source of rational educated truth in a world of google doctors.

Great read without inundating you with information. The book is dry but written intelligently and in a format that is easy to follow.

This is the only book i found that isn't just a boatload of stories. This book gives helpful information in a clear, non-condescending format that tends to make me feel comforted and excited rather than worried.

I'm a professional scientist (phd), and i honestly think this book is awful. This book is very mainstream and it falls short on information. Save yourself $15 and find a different pregnancy reference book. If so, don't bother to buy this book.

This book is condescendingly written and obnoxious in its tone. It addresses the reader below the level of cosmo. Though this book pretends a neutral tone, the author's biases are extremely apparent at all times.
