Pros

Material seems of good quality and thickness, feels smooth and has a satin-like sheen to it. They are also sateen weave, which means they have a silky-smooth finish that is luxurious and elegant. Construction, and stitching is excellent.

These are good quality medium-softness pillow cases. Holds a king-sized pillow without complaining or stuffing or needing a crowbar to coax the pillow in it.

The color is vibrant and did not bleed or fade. Main thing is the color is a tad darker blue and shiny vs pics.

With rotation and proper care, i anticipate these will last for years. They are worth every penny and more.

Cons

They aren't soft, and never was. They are itchy. They feel sort of soft until washed, then they feel scratchy until they've been slept on.

The set was advertised as 100% linen cotton. Not as advertised, and bad quality. I am not sure these are really 800 thread count!
