The linked prongs can be removed to make it the exact size you need

That part is more difficult but once sized its a great training collar and as my puppy gets bigger i can add the extra prongs back so the collar grows with her

There is another brand of this collar by gaity that i bought but for some reason amazon wont let me review it directly
