Pros

Maybelline’s ultra liner is the best liquid eyeliner. It always has a very pigmented line and it dries fast.

I love that it is waterproof and stays on! It is waterproof too, doesn't run down your face. Even without primer. I have heavy, oily lids so that is a miracle. Do not hesitate and buy it.

Cons

After application it looks like morse code (look it up youngin’s) on your eyelids. Now my eye is infected due to this dry eyeliner chipping off. This eyeliner seems to be old.

I love this product it stays on during the most sweaty performances and has a precise applicator brush

Instead of going on in the usual thick opaque fluid line this was thin smeary and the black separated from the binding agents

And i have keep one in my car and even on the hot days it does not melt or become thinner like the other liquid eyeliners i have used
