The product works as described and i have not had any problems with it
It has something to do with the design of the bottle and the heat of the warmer but i dont really know the science behind it
Up until this warmer i was convinced no company could make a quality warmer for breastmilk

About 15 minutes before its time to eat i place the bottles in the warmers

Furthermore this company has very good customer service we had an issue and the company was very prompt in contacting us back we emailed using the email in the instruction manual and solving our issue

You can not strelize bottle well because its very small

So you can set it up pick a temp put a bottle in it and it wont start heating until that timer runs out

The temperature is manually controlled using the buttons at the base of the warmer to ensure you are heating everything correctly
