The buttons are covered with a cheap plastic that wears off after awhile but the product has been exceptional so far

It seemed like the warmer was still working and the light just died but i didnt want to risk wasting breast milk and my husband and mom were getting confused by the light not working so i returned it

Works very well but does take some time to heat up bottles especially if theyve been in the refrigerator so you have to kind a plan when youre going to feed your child which isnt always the easiest thing to do
