Pros
The unit seems well built and has a bright powder coated finish for durability. The powder coating helps keep the air moving.
Cons
No insulators for noise anywhere on the contraption. For the extra 40-60 bucks all you get is a red housing. I have a gable mounted type of installation and installing the fan as the instructions show it to be mounted is incorrect.

I cant really say much about installation as i just replaced a fan with the same opening that was in the attic so it was quick

Really impressed good packaging good construction easy enough installation but the instructions could have been slightly better

Its not whisper quiet like a hollywood sniper rifle but its nothing like the 60 rattle trap its replacing
