I have two secured to my bracket and the third i threaded the nut 34 way down and it seized

I hear stainless steel can do this sometimes and noticed some material on the other pin threads that i cleaned off with a small wire brush

It was like they seized but when i cut the nuts off i found the threads on the pin sheered off
