Pros & Cons

Pros

The silicone extends a bit farther on the probe end than the * original. Physically, this replacement looks much the same as the original, save the color.

Cons

Disappointed with product. Went back to my old tattered factory probe. Tried contacting the seller but no help. Do not buy. This probe is not any good. Worthless to me.

The plug clicks in, but isn't secure and has about 3/8inch of play. The cable the vendor sent has a very small dimension. The oem meat thermometer probe (part number wb20x5050) for the ge cafe range costs ten times more than this maxred.

Buyer beware, this could be a danger if you don’t use a backup temp device…. Defeats the purpose of this purchase! Plug probe into oven for 1 minute. Remove probe4.
