Pros
It's little, economical, and quiet. Much quieter as well. When you put alot of load on it, it will really kick up the sound.
First time i'm hoping for a power outage! No issues with it whatsoever. Seller has been very responsive, no one ever calls you back from the phone number in the instruction book.
This unit meets all my needs and passed my tests. The size is perfect and the features well rounded. Haven't used it for prolonged period yet but like the unit so far.
Cons
Media could not be loaded. Engine run, no power at exit. Contacted the supplier multiple times through email with no answer.

Letting the truck idle is costly not just in the fuel consumption but it is also wear and tear on the engine

I sent a message here and responded promptly
Less than 24hr to my front door
Customer service replied quickly with some solutions
They recognized my issue and sent me a prepaid label for return and sent me a new generator for replacement

Competitiveness
The noise is very acceptable and compares to much higher priced competitors like honda
