Pros
The only thing i don't like about it is that it opens at the top. For that purpose it's great. Would totally recommend.
Both compartments are zippered. Easy on easy off and almost as sturdy as malice clips. Only complaint is the zippers are not very smooth.
Molle clips included with bag are awesome. Paired with a wilder tactical molle belt clip.
The mountainsmith tour lumbar pack is a compact, lightweight minimalist edc bag that sits nice and close to your body. It's like a maxpedition mini edc pouch double in thickness.
Cons
High-tech, lightweight new agr line doesn't work. Too tight. The zippers are pretty rough.

One main issue is that during the stitching stage one of the elastic bands was rolled too tight to the edge zipper path which makes it difficult to zip

I thought it would be the same size but even though it is smaller it fits more than i was able to fit in some other similar sized bags that i bought and dont use
