Ok so this is not a con for me as i know how basic the electronic screens are and the fact there humidity gauge is always off by about 10 but i know some people like to see a screen showing them humidity levels

The manual doesnt say but presumably the lid of the fragrance holder is to be left open under the nozzle if anyone knows differently please leave me a comment to this review

The shiny black design is aesthetically pleasing and it doesnt look too plasticky and cheap and cheerful which adds to the psychological impression that it is a well made serious appliance

I noticed this too when i started my unit but after a little press on the nozzle it clicked into place and the leakage stopped this is not mentioned in the manual so it wasnt the reviewers fault that they didnt realise the nozzle had to be pressed firmly the nozzle wasnt already in the unit when it arrived so it was only by trial and error that i discovered this
