I had been using the bulky knee sleeves and knee pads and while they work they are not for long term use as they either slide down or become uncomfortable
On both legs i should say
It was most evident when i went on vacation last october to nyc and was staying at my best friends house and i had the upstairs room
I couldnt raise my legs to get up those stairs to save my life and taking about joint i had it
