Pros
Strawberry flavour is nice mixes well. The formula seems changed as it mixes easier than before and cant taste much. The flavour is just right. With a blender it is smooth and goes along great with real strawberries and bananas.
Cons
Having said that, it makes me feel awful after consuming. Optimum nutrition gold standard is much better.

Also read the instructions on the back first couple times i took it i thought it was awful thin turns out i was using double the water needed thats just me being a doughnut though at the end of the day the product works but ill probably switch back to chocolate flavour

Bought 1 tub film holland and barrat and thats a bit more thicker consistency
