My acne seems to have calmed down slightly but i will have to continue to monitor this. My face is less blotchy and is glowing. I still have breakouts, but they are clearing up with 1-2 days now where it used to take almost a week.
Dim has a higher milligram content for the dim itself. It reduces the number of capsules i take daily while still giving me the proper dose of supplements that i need. It also has vit c, d3, e, and calcium.
Cons
Thankfully there are tons of other dim brands out there that do not use chasteberry in their product. Andthankfully they don't have to use it.

Only one single capsule that has 250mg of dim plus multiple vitamins and it also has chasteberry and dong quai extract that help hormone imbalance and relieve headaches
