Pros
Customer service was prompt and polite. No complaints. It works splendidly.
The cable is very fast and reliable, allowing me to enjoy seamless internet connectivity. My game runs much better now (still has glitches but it always has lol) seems to transmit great. The cable and connectors are very good quality.
Cons
This cable is incredibly slow. The jacket feels like that stiff plastic tubing used to deliver water. This is copper clad aluminum, which doesn't meet spec.
