Pros
This puppy seems to take a lickin' and keeps on tickin' even with all these caveats, so far so good. The price is good and i have no complain.
Three batteries allow me to record for the full three hours at hd settings. Works as well as, or better, than the oem batteries for the fujifilm f550exr. Despite costing a lost less if you can find the kodak batteries.
As they are li-ion batteries they have no memories so it's quite permissible to take a half charged battery and recharge it frequently. They recharge in 90 minutes and are long lasting.
Cons
The battery goes from showing a full charge, to completely dead, without warning. The charger light keeps blinking like some time bomb ticking ready blast anytime. The shipping costs more than the battery even at that. Standard freight charges are $.

The product was a fraction of the cost for a replacement kodak klic7001 even with shipping
00 a piece plus shipping it was an easy choice as apposed to the 25 to 30 brand name battery
Competitiveness
Ordered two of these as spares for my kodak zx3 before going on vacation
A huge plus is that these batteries are far cheaper than the kodak branded ones
They last about as long as the fuji branded battery for a fraction of the price
Less than half the price of an oem battery

The battery lasted approx 3 days with some intense tourist around europe usage

Normally this is a red flag situation because if your charging time is low on a responsible charger then your battery capacity is also low

My x10 puts quite a strain on the battery lots of stuff going on so time will tell
