Pros
Used for keeping queso dip warm at super bowl party. I like that it has a low setting so that it keeps the dip warm but not too hot. By using an infrared thermometer it's fairly easy to control the wax temperature in the 150-165f range.
The size is great, it cleans up easily. It holds 3 to 4 cut up chicken breasts plus a jar of stir fry sauce. Large enough for roasts, chickens, etc.
Used for my work van, the edges are all smooth and rounded off. Great for single person(leftovers.
Cons
The ceramic pot is too small to fit in the outer steel receiver. The pot lid does not fit on the ceramic pot. The cord is also way too short.
