Chewable calcium is so much easier to take then their swallowing the large calcium counterparts. The wafers easy to chew 2x per daywhich isn't a problem. This is the first chewable calcium tablet i have found that does not upset my stomach.

Cons

They are chalky, but they dissolve almost instantly. Not good for my digestive system.
