Pros

It is a bit pricey however it is worth every penny. Feels sturdy and well built. But jeez is it heavy.

Max flat-clinch stapler is by far the best i've ever used. No more bubbles behind the staple. Longer lifespan than other staplers that quickly develop a jammed staple.

Cons

This stapler jams far more than it works. Staples come down from above, hit the rocking clincher, slide off toward the plastic. Even when just stapling 2 pieces of paper together, it is difficult to squeeze.

If there are people still using a max like this one after 10 years, then i beg you to look at the clincher with a magnifying glass and tell me, is it plastic? Worth a few bucks more for a better designed product.
