So to start with for the better part of my life i am now almost 44 yo i had no idea not having enough electrolytes in the system was an issue no one ever taught me that as a child or as an adult and i thought constant fatigue was just a factor of daytoday living

It got worse especially in the summertime as i sweat a lot and that tends to deplete the body massively of electrolytes no amount of drinking water will rectify that without the electrolytes to hold that water in your body and effectively hydrate you
