Pros

The thumb-nut and the adapter from presta to schrader valve type are made of aluminum. They appear to work fine with other rim types as well.

Love the removable valve core. Comes with valve core removal tool. Easy to install.

These were recommended to me as a replacement by crank brothers. The benefit of these is that they fit in the channel and are out of the way when putting on your tire. These are reliable and long lasting.

Cons

Unable to use on magic krsyrium rims. Can't use on any magic rims at all. Also unable to use any magic rings.
