The cables for probes are a little short and would ideally be floppier for my usage the clips dont work on my oven shelves

Its not got the most straightforward ui but once you get the hang of programming it there are few problems

The dual ambient heat probemeat probe system is good as you do not need to buy separate probes for those purposes but it would be ideal if the device had 1 or 2 more probe inputs
