Set up was easy and interesting design to have the inner unit where you put the tap water in and it filters down at the bottom where the filter unit is and then the filtered water surrounds the inner unit

Concernsthe filtered water tastes crisp and fresh the microdisc filter used in the carafe have been tested and certified by the wqa water quality association against nsfansi 42 for the reduction of aesthetic chlorine taste and odor however the removal of chloramine and other chemicals and contaminants are not certified by the wqa

It is a great feature having three lines that tell you its almost time so you can order them online and have them before it gets to the bottom line and starts to flash that the filter is no longer good
