Cons
I'm not big into supplements, i take protein and creatine and that's it. The protein is good, but if you can't stomach the horrid taste don't bother. The consistency of this is like plaster of paris, mixes horribly and tastes like cardboard.

Going back to the fact that ive tried them all matrix anabolic literally makes me personally feel like im taking something else on top like a test booster that really works
