Beware of the stupid packing see below that can result in you damaging the product when you cut the envelope

Excellent customer service because when the bag was shipped it was packed in a way such that the draw string was stuffed intonext to the fold in the envelope where the envelope is sealed

So when i cut open the envelope i ended up cutting the draw string too and make it kinda useless

So when i emailed the seller fashion rack about it they shipped me another one the next day for free and didnt even ask to return or show proof of the damaged product please dont misuseabuse their trustgood service
