Cons

Heavy -*-duty pan is a pain. It's non stick enough but it gives off an awful metalic smell. I see a lot of metal colouring on my paper when i wipe it after cleaning. I truly hope metal particles are not leeching into my food!

    A well constructed pan but the actual cooking surface is only around 7 for an all rounder pan based on this trend i would reccomend the 11 78 or 12 58 pan of the same line

    When seasoned correctly it is almost as non stick as a none stick pan

    I eventually decided to go for the matfer bourgeat pans based on the many good reviews i have read and the fact that they had a great range of sizes and equally important the depth of their pans was just right not too deep and not too shallow

    I use a gas hob and have found i set the flame far lower compared to cooking on the teflon pans i previously used

    They get warm but ive not found them too hot to handle

    You can put these pans in the oven but obviously oven gloves are required as the handle will get hot

    When i ordered my pans i noted that the delivery times seemed quite long about 4 weeks but they were coming from france and i was willing to wait
