Pros & Cons
Pros
The matfer is stiffer, yet has some springiness in the bottom end. This is better than the average nylon or silicone spatula because it is specially made to withstand high heat. Easy to use, sturdy and easy to clean.
We use this mainly in a cast-iron pan, and it doesn't disappoint! Never damaged any nonstick pan of mine. Works well with coated and tell pans.
This is the first spatula my wife has been satisfied with. This is good, but the 'fish' spatula by the same maker is my favorite.
I endorse everything said here about this useful spatula. They are great! Highly recommended. Highly recommend these products well worth the extra money.
Cons
The edge of the plastic is not smoothly molded. It has a little bits of plastic where you would expect it to be smooth, sort of like flaws left over when the plastic cooled in the mold. This is definitely not green like in the main picture.
