Pros

It's so soft on the head, but yet so supportive, without pushing the head up. Your head molds to the pillow and gives you a nice sleep. I'm a side sleeper/superman position sleeper and this is perfect.

Cons

Greatly disappointed in this pillow now. I want to know if i am supposed to pay postage under these circumstances. I assert it is decfective workmanship.

Once unwrapped and fluffed, the pillows remained flat. This pillow feels like a basic polyester fiberfill pillow, not anything resembling down.

Head impressions in the pillows do not recover--there are evidently permanent caved in spots where heads rested. It compresses to nothing. After only three months of use, it is now a flat, shapeless thing that hurts my neck.
