Few months ago the rocker switch started to fail and i had to open the thing

I then noticed a few strange things as shown on the picture the breaker in the middle is connected to all outlets not just the two shown as protected on the front face

Also the breaker is a 15 amp not a 10 amp as specified in the description

Also where the cord enters the reel the cord insulation was kind of ripped open
