Pros

This reviewed tray is non stick, and still looks like new although it has been exposed to the same cooking procedures as the orginal. Best thing easy clean up. No scrubbing at all. Being non-stick, it's extremely easy to clean.

She cooks with gas and this pan holds up super well. Other pans feel like aluminum foil - this pan is thick. Works perfect as a cooling pan for a batch of almond toffee or peanut brittle.

Cons

There's a layer of rust inside the rim, with streaks of it where the water had run out of the rim. After four uses the coating started chipping off. It's impossible to get grease or oil off!
