Pros

Everything functions exactly as advertised. The app is great when it stays connected to the grill. Hopefully masterbuilt fixes these issues in future models.

Smoking is such a fine art that requires such specific detail to temperature. How they can do that with a charcoal grill/* is awesome.

Temp holds around your target, bounces up and down, as fan switches on/off. Holds temp very well with only a 5 - 10 degree fluctuation. It heats up wicked fast and maintains whatever setting you want.

Cons

The glue used to attach the marketing pictures is voluminous and all but impossible to remove. It took 4 hours of using a plastic scraper to get the glue tape off. The drip tray is awkward to reach and pull out / put in the bottom slot. This leads to ... Read More
