Pros
Fischer's and co voices from kaplan video lectures. It is rather concise, which is good if you just want to review and get the main high yield points.
Cons
The infectious disease section is a complete mess. There is no biostatistics section, and the ob/gyn and peds sections are terrible. The pediatrics, obgyn, and surgery are incredibly weak.
This book is very disorganized. It serves no purpose for step2 studying. The index is horrible.

The item itself for a review is great but i got a slighltly damaged book and didnt have time to return it and get a new one so i guess its ok with me
