Pros
Heavy & fits many keys. It's well-built and secure. All metal housing and metal protective cover.
Changing the preset combo is very easy. To take the other lock off door took a hammer, chisel, screwdriver and a lot of patience. Easy to set a 4 digit code.
This lockbox works! It’s weatherproof, the dial moves easily and the button releases the door well. I like the ability to scroll the numbers into a locking combination.
Cons

Not a well thought out ergonomic. No rhyme or reason of how. Not dependable and a pain to use. Totally idiotic design.
Key pad code would not unlock the lock box. They tell you the preset code is written behind the sticker. This lockbox is only good for a single key or 2 at most.
Tried before hanging several times. Still only works <20% of the time. Of course it's * on the wall and now useless. Returning this asap.
