Pros
The only problem is that because of its extra length (which i required for my front gate), it is sometime difficult to insert the key to open it.
Cons
Tried everything, lighter, wd40, nothing. Very disappointed in the product and frustrated with the customer service.
Every time i remove the cap after it rains, a bunch of water comes out. Water gets inside the mechanism and when its winter - it freezes - making it a permanent lock. Looking for other options to secure that gate.
This lock is rusted and completely non-functional within 2 months of purchase. Not weatherproof at all. Not even weatherproof for pretend. Not good at all for outdoor use (shed).

The last set of locks i had i needed to constantly spray them with wd40 to keep them from seizing up

Also i was unable to easily pick the lock cylinder on this one

While the bottom key hole is covered with a plastic cap there does not seem to be anything to prevent rain from getting into the lock from where the shank joins the lock
