I also received a free hand grip strengthener inside the back bag which is nice

It has 9 speeds and 2 modes which are described and i remember from past experience that particular speedsstrengths are better for certain needs but nowhere in the instructions does it say what speeds should be used for what complaints so could you give me a guide please
