Pros

I use for heel spurs and it helps some as my pain is chronic. Small but good for under leg to bit the hamstring or shoulder blade. It helps keep the proper posture without neck strain.

This ball is absolutely a lifesaver. Meet your new bff. This ball has some ‘give’ which makes it nicer.

Cons

This product is not useable for me. Made from a stiff plastic, they are extremely uncomfortable. Did nothing to massage my foot.

Rock hard with absolutely no give in it whatsoever. This ball is not what i had hoped for. Not true its a scam.
