They are both wonderful but the silicone ring in the sugar jar smelled really badlike gasoline off gassing

My first use of the bowl was to make a batter that required a lot of vigorous whisking action and the angle and height of the bowl allowed the liquid to move up the sides freely but it never slopped over the sides

I love the range of color choices on amazon but ultimately selected bluecream which is a light dusty blue not a baby blue

Sugar jar is nicely made and size is convenient for the countertop but not so sure about the seal
