Sometimes it does work properly leaves one side longer than the other i have to twist all the way to the end and extra rounds to adjust it properly

I initially preordered their elite strap with the headset but they had cancelled it due to quality control issues so i tried to makedo with the standard strap

The knob at the back was a bit hard to turn at first but broke in a bit as i used it

The plastic pieces used to attach the sides to the headset seem a bit cheap but they work ok and nothing broke when i installed them

Another hard strap i have does not fit and i havent been able to find a large enough case for it so thats a bad design
