Pros
Just 1 capsule a day. Comes with a cute little scoop that makes it easy to add one scoop per day to my water. I personally like that as long as i can tolerate it and this one gives me no issues.

Mary ruth's products are highly trusted in our family. Occasionally i intentionally switch brands since they often have a few different strains. They're a bit messy, but worth it!
Cons
Pills aren't refundable through amazon so i'm out of $45 for a product that didn't work for me. Gave me crazy cramps and diarrhea. Gluten is one of the main things that damages the gut!
Health products are not a 'one size fits all' and this one simply did not work out for me. Wanted to like this product so bad but to pay $44. And get a dusting at the bottom of a average size container.

Ive only got 23 days worth and ive bought it several times so its consistently short on doses
Packaging/appearance
The product arrives double sealed in a very tiny jar which is a one month supply
So far so good but wow what a waste of packaging
I do wish this came in a glass bottle as i am trying to limit plastics
Competitiveness
They have a very high dose of probiotic and i notice a difference when taking these especially compared to other brands
At the same time i havent had any indications that they arent working they seem to be as effective as the last brand i was using
Occasionally i intentionally switch brands since they often have a few different strains and i think that diversity is good
