Pros
The movement isn't enough to be really annoying, but i thought it worth mentioning. The mat does slide a bit over time but that's relatively minor since it's easy to slide it back into place. Not slippery to walk on.
Cons
The spikes are too round and never held the mat to the floor. The little teeth are quite short so unless you have really short/thick carpet, you will want to get a mat with larger teeth. Flimsy product and definitely not as described. The carpet is a ... Read More

Last night i stepped on a corner of it with my left foot with made the corner pop up a bit which then when my right foot came forward the corner of the mat sliced my toe open pretty bad and bled on my carpet
