Pros

The top has a little rougher surface that helps to keep the chair from rolling. Chair rolls over fine.

High quality, durable construction. Very durable. This fits perfect with my desk. Overall very satisfied.

It seems to be working well in preventing further damage. Other than that it protects the floors as promised. Before i comment, it's worthwhile talking about chair mat requirements.

Cons

It is so flimsy that i’m afraid it would crack soon after use. Very disappointing. The quality is okay but the mat slides. There is a sticker on the item that says that mat is not for carpet floors only!
