I know thing and wolverine were even a part of the avengers at one point but sadly theres not much about them in this book at all

While i understand what the author was doing it makes referencing any hero or story line of this encyclopedia a chore

Overall this is an excellent book and one that i think any fan of the avengers should read if not at least own

Sadly the book isnt allinclusive or extensively comprehensive with its heroes roster story lines despite the number of pages

One of the bigger problems is that this clearly takes some cues on focus from the films and downplays or omits xmen related avengers except for the ones that appear in the movies

They are mentioned in writeups and have plenty of illustrations but are omitted by and large from entries
