The book has a great layout, solid writing, and good pictures. The book seller is 5-stars. It needs to roll out a batch of books that allows you to explore different parts of the marvel cinemaverse.

Instead of advantage and disadvantage, there is edge and trouble, which is the same concept, but they can stack! I just hope they get as much balancing as possible to not wreck the experience or what they’ve built so far.

Marvel origins is a very limited superhero rpg. It only gives you stats for about 10 heroes (2 of them being spider-man), but no villains. This game also does nothing to facilitate superhero storytelling like masks.

The power section is unbalanced and needs a complete overhaul. The powers and traits are both over specific and too broad. There are thorough reviews on the internet that go into depth on all the balancing issues and odd design choices.
