Pros

It's like upgraded all my ukuleles. It’s prefect for me. And it deserves a good one.

These seem to be settling in quickly. They take about a day before they finish stretching and then they hold pitch very well. Try not to use a lot of string when tying the knot on the bridge.

Cons

Buzzing, breaking. I am terribly irritated by this. I realize that these strings are a little more frail than guitar strings, but honestly, 2 weeks of moderate play? Wasted $6 and time on this.

Strings are good, but they are labeled wrong in the packaging. Essentially the order of the strings is flipped. This is disappointing, since i thought martin strings would be the best.

Quality

Cheap good quality and very easy to to use

The mix of two flurocarbons with the two wound produces for me a clearer voice than two nylon plus two wound

I replaced them with the martin strings

Looked up some videos and found that this is an issue with the package printing that you may or may not find yourself

Packaging/appearance

As a new ukulele player changing strings for the first time this packaging made it simple and straightforward

One thing i really liked was the packaging

I was confused by the packaging and nearly put my first string where the fourth should have been and vice versa

Competitiveness

I put this set on a soprano makala shark ukulele with a tiebar bridge

They are reasonably priced and can make some ukes sound amazing

I dislike the flabby nylon strings that come on cheaper ukes

So i was maybe a bit sloppy compared to a longtime player

Here’s a tip for you cats if you like the loud clear sound of martin tenor fluoro strings on your tenor uke but the high tension makes your dainty fingers hurt then put these concertsoprano strings on your tenor uke instead
