They are extremely happy with it and have noticed considerable improvement in the quality of their sleep
I am very sensitive to light and change in sound when sleeping so this product works perfectly for me
The sound the unit makes reminds me of flying on a airliner with the combination of the air nozzles above and the soft drone of the engines
Since i received this product i havent suffered from tinnitus at night
Price
Might take some getting used to the noise but its worth it no matter the price

You may not like it the first couple of days but if you are like me youll get used to it and youll even feel that something is missing when not using it
