Some recipes do call for the kind of ingredients that i dont have in my kitchen so i had to get them in order to use the recipe

For example if i want a chicken recipe the index lists them all regardless of what season section they are in

Secondly the recipes arent in the standard format of listing the ingredients with measurements followed by directions

I think cooks of any level of expertise will enjoy this cookbook provided they arent bothered by the nontraditional format
