Cons
Minn kota plug is a cheap overseas receptacle that will fail. All of the set screws for holding the wires weren't threaded correctly and caused the set screw to be under the plastic lip of the plug.

I tried the plug has three keys and they are different sizes you cant put it in wrong

If installed properly the face plate is keyed to the socket so the socket wont turn when inserting the plug
