Bought this for my fish tank and it worked but it sucked out over half the water before i cleaned even half the gravel and i think your only supposed to take out 25 of the water

The head is quite large for this size tank so the size down would be better

This gravel cleaner is supposed to be a selfstarting one where you have to vigorously shake it in the water however my tank is too small to do this so i use the traditional method and the power of the suction is great

Fish were very curious so i checked my buckets for tetras before disposing of the water

I think the only way to start a suction is to suck on the end of the pipe until pipe is mostly pull then throw into a bucket below the level of the tank

Nitrates are now incredibly low

Its a pain later on to try and unclog it once it dries
